About the Role
The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive
social media strategies to enhance our client's brand visibility, engagement, and overall online
presence. This role requires a deep understanding of various social media platforms, content
creation, analytics, and aligning strategies with client objectives and industry trends.
Responsibilities
1. Strategy Development
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business goals and objectives
Develop and implement effective social media strategies that align with client objectives and target audiences
Identify and leverage influencer marketing opportunities to enhance brand visibility and credibility
2. Content Creation and Management
Collaborate with creative teams to generate engaging and visually appealing content that resonates with the target audience
Organise photoshoots for various clients
Manage content calendars and copywriting to ensure timely and consistent posting across all channels
3. Analytics and Reporting
Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of social media campaigns
Provide insights and recommendations based on data to optimize future strategies
4. Stay Current with Trends
Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience behaviors to inform social media strategies
Stay abreast of emerging trends in social media, digital marketing, and advertising, and integrate innovative approaches into strategies
Implement innovative and creative approaches to keep clients ahead of the curve
5. Client Collaboration
Collaborate with clients to understand their brand identity, goals, and target audience, tailoring social media strategies and refinements accordingly
6. Community Management
Monitor and engage with online communities, fostering positive relationships with followers
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role in an advertising or digital marketing agency
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
